You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Data Sources

We fetch portfolio data from supported brokers via their official APIs. While we strive for accuracy, market data is provided "as-is" and may not always reflect real-time values. Tax calculations are estimates based on current Indian tax laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

MyTaxHarvest shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and code on this platform are owned by MyTaxHarvest and protected under Indian copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
